PILATES PERSONAL TRAINING

​There are many reason why Pilates Personal Training sessions can be of benefit, here are a few reasons why you might like to do them:

  • If you are new to Pilates or to my classes

  • You attend my classes and would like to check your form

  • You'd like support with recovering from injury or illness

  • You'd like support with returning to or starting exercising after pregnancy

  • You'd like a bespoke training programme

 

I offer personal training session in my home in Finchampstead. We can go through the set up of the exercises, discuss any queries you have, and I can offer you pointers on areas you may like to work on. I will start your first session by conducting a postural assessment to able to see if there are any specific postural areas you may wish to work on. If you would like a bespoke training programme the postural assessment helps me to devise one that is unique to your body and needs.
