VIRTUAL PILATES

Virtual classes are a great way to keep up your Pilates practice if you can't or prefer not to attend face to face classes.

Here is what you need to know:

:: Virtual Pilates classes are hosted via Facebook.
:: An hour long virtual class is run live on Wednesday's at 9.30 to 10.30am. They do not need to be accessed at the live times.

:: 3 15 minute Pilates classes are recorded each week.
:: Hour classes are £5 each, 15 minute classes are £6 for a set of 3. You can make the payment to me via PayPal, my PayPal email address is jennibrunton@live.co.uk, select family & friends. If you'd like to pay via bank transfer please contact me for the details.

:: If it’s your first class please complete a PARQ health form so I am aware of any factors that I may need to take into account with you taking part in the class, it should only take 5 minutes. It works best on a computer/laptop. Please click on a button below for the form and email the completed form to me.

:: If we are not friends on Facebook already I will send you a friend request, I can then invite you to the private Facebook group for the class you would like to do.
:: Go into the private group for the live session or after at a time that suits you. You’ll be able to access the video as many times as you like.

:: The classes are open to everyone, even if you haven't attended one of my face to face classes. I do ask that everyone takes responsibility for their body. If you don’t regularly attend a Pilates class start at the lowest level and gradually build up over time.

:: If you are new to Pilates or would like me to check your form, I offer 30 minute 121 sessions at my home for £25.

::If you are feeling unwell please do not exercise, it’ll slow down your recovery.

:: What you will need:
+ Something cushioned to lie on - Pilates or yoga mat, or a thick blanket, or thick duvet.
+ Something to put your head on - Pilates/yoga block, or a cushion, or a pillow.
+ Something for resistance/weight - a resistance band, or a couple of tins of beans (or similar weight tinned item)
+ A phone, tablet, laptop or computer to watch the video on.
+ A drink
