Another excellent term with Jenni at her Pilates classes at FBC. She welcomes everyone, novice or experienced, and tailors the exercises to your level. Classes are small and friendly and you always leave feeling good about yourself. Px

I have been visiting Jenni for approx. 6 months now, enjoying her amazing Indian Head Massage fortnightly. I started Reiki therapy too approx. 4 months ago & so I now enjoy a back to back appointment of 2 hours. This 2 hour session for me is pure BLISS. I love & look forward to going, I enjoy every minute when there & I literally float home afterwards. Plus I have the best nights sleep after my treatment. I honestly cannot recommend Jenni highly enough. She makes me feel totally relaxed after literally 2 minutes of starting my treatment, all my stress just floats away! As a man, I am often in the minority at Jenni's Pilates classes but she is able to adapt her programme to suit my particular needs and limitations after many years of impact sports. I have found her classes really useful for getting flexibility back into ageing joints and for improving suppleness. In addition to the physical aspect, don't underestimate what Pilates can also do for your general wellbeing. I would recommend Jenni's classes to anyone looking to stay active and stimulated.

I joined Jenni’s HW group some time ago but due to injuries and being away I haven’t attended as much as I would have liked. However I really enjoy the sessions. I’m not very good but feel more relaxed now just trying my best. The old adage ‘use it or lose it’ really is true and Jenni’s easy manner and helpful approach make it a great class. Thank you Jenni.

My lovely client Bhavini has started the most incredible wellness journey this past year.
She tuned into her body and realised she needed to make some lifestyle changes to increase her wellness.
She rediscovered her love of running supporting both her physical and mental wellness. She has use Pilates as one of the tools to support her to to gradually get back into running, ensuring she was going to gain the benefits by building up slowly and refining her technique so she hasn’t had any injuries.
Bhavini has regularly attended face to face and online classes and 121 Pilates sessions. As part of her wellness journey she decided to try Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. I am so pleased to hear how supportive she has found these treatments…
"I got hit hard in womens health when I entered in my 40s. Lifestyle etcs needed changed. Got myself nutritionist and PT, started gym doing well and situation arise body needed conditioning exercises over strength weight training. I starting attaining pilates classes what my gym offered. And I figured out it need to be changed according my requirements.
There comes lovely Jenni, had posture assessed with her and started in classes from mid March 2022. Couldn't praise enough to be honest, Jenni is very talented and proficient with Pilates knowledge. When I started my running journey to longer marathon endurance training. I started taking 1-2-1 and now building strong with my aim of running with miminum injuries. She got well structured sessions. Suitable for all ability. I enjoy our HW class companion too. Looking for more years of stretching and wellness with her. Thanks Jenni"
